Multipurpose projector RICOH PJ WUL6690 is a DLP and Laser projector with a native WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200), brightness of 9600 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 3.380.000 : 1.
The RICOH PJ WUL6690 projector is an advanced, multipurpose DLP and Laser projector with a native WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200). With a brightness of 9600 ANSI lumens and a high contrast ratio of 3,380,000:1, it delivers bright and contrast-rich projections. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, it is ideal for use in large lecture halls and conference rooms. The laser beam, produced by multiple laser diodes, increases reliability and ensures uninterrupted operation. The projector uses a WUXGA DMD DLP chip to project widescreen, high-definition images. Combined with RICOH's unique NCE (Natural Color Gain) technology, advanced RGB settings, and GAMMA type selection, the projector covers more than 97% of the Rec. 709 color space, providing natural and realistic colors.
The laser light source has a long lifespan of up to 20,000 hours, which is 6-7 times longer than that of lamp-based projectors. The projector allows for motorized focus, zoom, and lens shift. With ±30° horizontal and vertical keystone correction and four-corner and grid correction functions, you can easily adjust the projection on surfaces like spheres and curved screens. The electric lens shift with ±25% horizontal and ±55% vertical adjustment provides greater flexibility in installation.
The versatile RICOH PJ WUL6690 projector offers a wide range of input connections for connecting to digital and analog sources, including two HDMI ports, with HDMI 2.0 accepting 4K UHD signals at 50/60Hz.
The key optical components of the projector use a specially designed, sealed optical structure that achieves an IP5X dust protection level, preventing damage from dust and extending the device's lifespan. The projector has a built-in edge blending function that allows for combining larger images into a single seamless image, eliminating the need for additional edge blending software. HDBaseT technology allows for the transmission of multiple signals over a single optical cable, with a maximum transmission distance of up to 100 meters. High-definition video and data are transmitted uncompressed through a LAN cable.
The projector supports 360-degree installation and portrait orientation, providing high flexibility in setup and expanding application possibilities, such as projection on ceilings or floors. The RICOH PJ WUL6690 is equipped with DICOM SIM functionality, suitable for projecting medical images such as X-rays, MRIs, and tomographic images, making it ideal for medical education. Additionally, it allows simultaneous projection of content from two input sources on one screen, either in PIP (Picture in Picture) or PBP (Picture by Picture) mode. Up to 99 projectors can be assigned a separate ID and individually controlled with a customizable remote control. The WUL6690 supports various network protocols such as "Extron," "PJ Link," "AMX," "Telnet," and "Webserver" via the built-in application. This enables the management of the status and operation of multiple network projectors, such as power on/off and input source switching.
The RICOH PJ WUL6690 offers superior image quality, exceptional functionality, and flexibility, making it ideal for professional use in business and educational environments.
RICOH projectors ensure low ownership costs, reliability, and ease of use. With an excellent sales program and numerous projector models, RICOH offers solutions for business, educational, and home users.
Projectors are currently manufactured in several different technologies. This is how we distinguish DLP projectors (Digital Light Processing), LCD projectors (Liquid Crystal Display), LCOS projectors (Liquid Crystal on Silicon), etc. Depending on the light source, they are divided into projectors with standard lamps (UHP, Metal Halide) and LED lamps.
Depending on the purpose, you can choose a professional projector, a short or ultra-short throw projector, an interactive projector, a pocket projector, a home theater projector or a multi-purpose projector. When choosing a suitable model, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the light intensity (illumination), resolution and image format.
Resolution is the number of pixels that produce an image. The higher the resolution or the higher the pixel density, the higher the quality and sharper the image. It is important, however, that the desired resolution is also supported by the source.
For easier understanding, we attach the resolution scale:
