Applicability and Application of this Policy
This policy of privacy and protection of personal data applies to everyone who is considered a user in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the website www.teksel.si, and to the entire website, to all its components and subpages.
The terms 'user', 'website' and 'provider' have the same meaning in this policy as in the Terms and Conditions of the website www.teksel.si.
By using the website, the user confirms that he accepts and agrees to all provisions of this policy.
This policy may be changed or amended at any time without warning or notice. By using the website after this policy has been changed, the user confirms that he agrees with the changes.
Data collecting
The provider collects the following data about users when signing up for e-newsletters, which is mandatory, and that is the e-mail address.
Provider about users when the user inquires about the product or the service collects the following mandatory data: name of a natural person (first and last name) or company name, e-mail address, address, contact telephone number and message or question.
As part of website visit statistics, the provider also collects the IP addresses of the networks from which the user accessed the website, but it is not possible to identify users.
The provider uses cookies on the website to recognize users, but it is not possible to identify users in this way.
Data processing and purposes of use
The provider will use the collected user data exclusively for the following purposes:
- keeping records of users who have signed up for the website's e-newsletter
- contacting the user when he inquires about the product or service
- occasional sending of electronic messages (e-mails) with content related to the website, of a commercial or non-commercial nature
Transmission of data
The data that the user submits through the forms on the website will be used exclusively for internal use and will not be forwarded to a third party or other company, except with the consent of the buyer.
Data protection and retention time
The provider protects all user data in accordance with this policy and with the requirements for the protection of personal data set by the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, and in accordance with its internal regulations on the protection of personal data.
The provider will in no case forward user data to any third parties, except the user of the data.
The user is aware and agrees that the provider stores his data, which he provided to the provider when signing up for the e-newsletter, for the entire time the user is signed up for the e-newsletter.
Data collected when inquiring about the product or the service can keep it as long as it is absolutely necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected, and then it must permanently delete or effectively anonymize it, so that the specific data can no longer be associated with a specific user.
User rights
The provider will allow the user who, when registering for the e-newsletter, expressed a desire to receive the provider's electronic messages at any time to unsubscribe from receiving them in an understandable and simple way.
Exclusion of liability
The provider is not responsible for any damage caused to the user as a result of providing incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date information to the provider when sending e-news or elsewhere on the website.
Final Provisions
The invalidity of any provision of this policy, regardless of the reason for the invalidity, does not mean the invalidity of this policy as a whole. In such event, the invalid provision shall be deemed unwritten and this Policy shall continue in effect without such provision.
Legal relations between the user and the provider are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Ljubljana is competent to resolve any disputes.
This policy is valid from 1/1/2012.
